sfPJSplugin in 1.1 ?

by ben493 » Thu Jul 17, 2008 1:24 pm

Hello,

I'd want to try the great libraries provided by jquery and the plugin sfPJS plugin.

I've installed the plugin (manual way since pear install etc...) but when

Code: Select all
symfony cc

I've the error :

Code: Select all
Fatal error: Call to undefined method sfRouting::getinstance() in D:\Work\APIC\plugins\sfPJSPlugin\config\config.php on line 3

Do you know how to fix or how to write it with the new syntax ?

For information, here's the sfPJSPlugin\config\config.php file :

Code: Select all
<?php

sfRouting::getInstance()->prependRoute('javascript', '/js/:target_module/:target_action/*.pjs', array('module' => 'sfPJS', 'action' => 'index', 'target_action' => 'index'));

Thanks for your help !

You don't need sfPJSPlugin in symfony 1.1, the dynamic Javascript feature is natively supported. There is a new helper called `use_dynamic_javascript()` in AssetHelper, which does what the `use_pjs()` did.

It's not documented though, but if you did in the code, you'll find how to use it.
