[Solved] Permissions issue

by nilak » Wed Jan 08, 2014 5:56 pm

Hello,

i'm installing Symfony on Fedora 20 but I face an error when I get :

config.php

My browser displays :

Change the permissions of the "app/cache/" directory so that the web server can write into it.
Change the permissions of the "app/logs/" directory so that the web server can write into it.

I did several researchs on google... I have tried as root :

setfacl -R -m u:apache:rwX -m u:`whoami`:rwX app/cache app/logs
setfacl -dR -m u:www-data:rwx -m u:`whoami`:rwx app/cache app/logs

But it doesn't work..I still face these errors.

You will find below my ll :

Hello,

do you have a SELinux warning maybe?

I have to run this on fedora to make Smfony work:
Code: Select all
setsebool -P httpd_unified 1

Hello,

You solved my issue with your fix.

I did :

setsebool -P httpd_unified 1

Now i don't have anymore the permissions issue message.

Thank you very much. :)
