Symfony 2.5.5 open_basedir error

Hello, i installed symfony 2.5.5 on my server and it seems i cant make it working. I added my ip address and added the umask(0000); but i get some stupid errors and i dont know how to get rid of them. I dont have acces to terminal or console.I use php 5.3. here is a part of the errors i get, i'll also give a link
