Windows installation problem - calling symfony.bat from different dir

by z01d » Sun Dec 11, 2005 12:00 am

Hi,
This is probably a very newb question, but how can you run symfony.bat to generate project outside the directory where it is located?
The installation instructions say that once you installed symfony (i did), you have to mkdir the new folder somewhere, cd to there and then run "symfony init-project projectname". But windows can't access symfony.bat from a different root, right?

How does that work and what am I missing?

Thx.
