[Day 3] No form tags on the displayed page

Hi all,
There have been many discussion regarding the disparity between what the tutorial displays and how our output appears for the job page. I understand that the CSS is not added until Day 4. That's not the problem I'm having, so please don't refer me to that thread.

My problem is that there are no form tags whatsoever on my page. This URL

http://jobeet.localhost/frontend_dev.php/job/show/id/1

delivers a page that looks like this https://files.me.com/mjstelly/jho1ny. This is not the first time this problem has occurred. It happened my first go-round yesterday. I thought I missed some important step, so I deleted the project and started over. I get the exact same problem when following the tutorial. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Why is the form not being generated? If you need more detail, please ask. I think symfony is a promising framework, but I can't use it if I can't even get past the tutorial.

Wow. No one else has encountered this problem? It begs the question, "What am I doing wrong then?"
