Hi,
I want to create one module which will be used for all applications - same like we use plugins and enable modules....

I would write this module in a plugin - as you say, these can be used from any application. In a large symfony system I used to work on, most of our modules were arranged in plugins - it is a nice way to group modules together even in just one application.
