I was trying to install symfony-cmf standard using composer. It gives error,

"An error occurred when executing the cache:clear --no-warm u".

Hi

Do you have the correct permissions on your cache folder?
Also, I'm pretty sure the error message is longer than that. Can you post the full thing?

I am running the command as an Administrator , below is the complete error
