symfony with nas storage

Hi!
I have my server files on a Nas Synology connected by Giga net . But The site is very very slow!
I tryed to run the server on my pcs ( windows xp - win 7 ) and the server inside the nas, but no change......

Other sites without Symfony work well.....

Why?
Can I resolve this problem?
How can I investigate the problem?
