Symfony Hosting in USA ?

Hi,

I have to bring online an e-commerce website selling truffle for USA market.
The e-commerce website already exists for Europe : truffe-plantin.com (french & english, but € and europe delivery only).
I will copy and adapt it for USA ($, USA delivery, Paypal, etc).

In order to optimize SEO and latency, I want to host it in USA but I don't want to pay for a dedicated linux server only for one website which will have few visitors (arround 100/day).

Then, here is my question :
What are the available low price (about 10$/month) shared hosting in USA which works perfectly with Symfony 1.4 ?
