An environment for web application

Hi, I've a question about develop symfony apps entirely "in the cloud". I would have a development environment with it's own database (PostgreSQL, for example), and a production which one receives committed features. I would use a versioning system in order to organize, share and mantain the code (SVN, for example). Is there an hosting solution that I can use with a preconfigured support for this development instruments? Sorry for my eng.
