build-model problem

Thanks for the tutorial. I have just started with the askeet tutorial so I'm only on day two, and now I have run into problems.

I have tried to create the schema.xml from the database, with:

symfony build-schema

but that didn't work. No error. After that I just copied your example xml, so that I could build the model anyway, but it didn't work.

When i run

symfony build-model

from this dir:
C:\apache2triad\htdocs\symfony\askeet\

Symfony works for a second and the it returns to the command-prompt without errors. But there is nothing generated: there is nothing in the askeet/lib/model/om/ directory.

symfony init-app frontend

worked fine, so I dont know what is wrong. Please help me.

Turns out I was just missing some pear packages... I had a feeling that was the problem ~ ~

Can you tell us what package? so I can add a test to give user a more meaningful error message.

Well I was missing most everything. I thougt all the pear packages had been installed, but I was missing creole, Propel AND phing in PEAR. I thought these had been installed allready. I have never used pear before, so everything has been a bit confusing, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. Maybe ~ ~

Now build-schema and build-model is working.

Now I'm stuck again with the scaffolding (day two):

creole 1.0.2 alpha
phing 2.1.1 stable
propel_generator 1.1.1 stable

Sorry for bothering you with this trivial stuff. I enabled error_reporting, got an error and solved the problem.
