problem in app_dev.php

hi,
i have a problem in installation of symfony2, after deziping the folder, when i put the url : http://localhost/Symfony2/web/config.php it done successfully, but when i put the url http://localhost/Symfony2/web/app_dev.php the fatal error in this page,

"Fatal error: Class 'Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Compiler\ResolveDefinitionTemplatesPass' not found in C:\dev\wamp\www\Symfony2\vendor\symfony\src\Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Compiler\PassConfig.php on line 50"

i post this error in some forums the answers are that i should use the .zip and not the .tgz. then in my situation im using the .zip.

plz if someone has a solution of this problem.
